What is process art? 

Process art is art that’s all about the making and the doing, rather than the finished product.

What if I want to just be a part of the community without the curriculum?

We designed the PMC Community to work in tandem with the curriculum we provide. The community will not be offered separately at this time. If you’re seeking one on one or group business coaching with Meri Cherry and team in the future, another tier will be available in 2024

Do we offer a payment plan?

Yes! We offer a payment plan through AfterPay which is available to all our local U.S. patrons nationwide. At this time, the payment plan is limited to U.S. purchases only. We apologize for any inconvenience for our friends abroad. We’re working on international payment plan options in the future. 

What is your refund policy?  

All Academy sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product, all purchases are non-refundable. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Do you plan to offer this again in the future? 

The Academy is designed to set you up for the entire year starting in January 2024. To get the most out of this experience, everyone will begin the program at the same time which means we are only selling it at this current time.  

How long will I have access to this program? 

Membership to the Academy is offered on a yearly basis, so you’ll have access to the content from January 15th, 2024 through January 14th, 2025.

What if I wanted to learn about other things, not just curriculum?

We thought you might! The PMC Community is a great place to connect with your new tribe and take a deep-dive into all things Process Art. Is this the same information/activities as on the blog? 

No way! While the blog and our book, Play Make Create…a Process Art Handbook definitely have the core principles that we base a lot of our curriculum on - we are always coming up with new projects and perfecting the process at Meri Cherry Art Studio. The content provided in the PMC Academy Membership is jam-packed with never-before-seen projects developed and taught by our rockstar studio teachers. 

What format will I receive this in?

The PMC Academy will be hosted on Kajabi, a virtual space for learning and community. First, you’ll be asked to create an account on Kajabi and from there you’ll be able to access the learning modules and community space. All curriculum content, documents and resources, will be available to download directly from the platform and yours to keep forever and ever. 

What if I already bought the downloadable class curriculum? Is this different?

Rest assured, the PMC Academy is very different from anything we’ve ever offered before. The previously available downloadable class curriculum is a great compliment to the PMC Academy Membership, and a great way to see our teaching in action, however it is very different from the program we are offering here. 

What age group is this for? 

In the Academy, you will get the curriculum for three separate programs that are designed for three age groups: 2-3 year olds. 3-5 year olds, and 6-8 year olds.

Do you have a curriculum for other ages? 

Not yet! 2-8 year olds make up our core student group. We hope to provide tween and adult curriculum in the years ahead. This is just the beginning of PLAY MAKE CREATE ACADEMY!

Can I say we do the “Meri Cherry” curriculum in my community? 

Yes! You may absolutely mention the Meri Cherry name. We hope to provide an MC Certification program in the future. Stay tuned! 

Can I use your photos in my marketing? 

You bet! We want to hook you up!!! When you sign up to become a PMCA member, you’re buying all the benefits that come with our comprehensive curriculum package, including a folder of promotional photos we’ll provide in the course.

When are the Community Support calls?

Will Meri be answering questions herself on the Q&A calls? 

On the Q&A calls, you’ll see Meri Cherry herself, accompanied by members of her leadership team to provide the best possible answers to all of your curriculum questions. 

Will Meri be part of the virtual community space throughout the year? 

Find your tribe! The community space is designed for you to connect, discuss and thrive amongst like-minded and like-hearted Process Art Enthusiasts. Meri will chime in from time-to-time but the curriculum is more about finding and connecting with your people!

What if I can’t make the quarterly calls, will they be recorded? 

No problem, schedules are hard! We record every quarterly call and will upload it to the platform for all members to view and download throughout the year. 

What if I want additional support/development, does Meri and her team visit studios for staff training?

How is the Academy different from Business or Group Coaching?

The Academy is where you’ll learn the principles of Process Art from an MC perspective and make the PMC Curriculum your own. Our Business and Group Coaching programs provide tools and resources for art studio owners and creative business  ARTrepreneurs.

Is the curriculum + community right for me If I've already completed Group Coaching?

100% - In fact, nothing could be more right! If you own or hope to own a Process Art Studio, this is the best purchase you can make! Meri actually tried to buy a curriculum when she first opened Meri Cherry Art Studio 8 years ago, but couldn’t find any available. The PMC Curriculum is EXACTLY what she was searching for all those years ago. This curriculum is why we are leaders in this industry. This is EXACTLY the way we teach at MC. The Academy is a great next step for graduates of our Business and Group Coaching programs looking to keep up the momentum of driving their studio businesses and creative practices forward, with way less headache and stress. Will there be any repeated material that I may have already received in Coaching?

The Academy is all curriculum, all the time. There may be some basic principles that overlap, but this is not business coaching. This is real deal, nitty gritty, classroom style Process Art teaching. 

Will the academy offer additional business coaching modules?

Does the community offer admin or tech support like Group Coaching has in the past? / Will someone available to answer my direct questions?

Our team is here to support you! Of course we’ll provide tech support on the membership platform. In an effort to encourage connection and empower our members, all non-tech support inquiries should first be addressed to the group for answers and discussion. Due to the size of the community Meri Cherry will not be available via direct message.
